If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange orrefund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition and original packaging.
Aelia.you reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

EU RETURNS
To return an order from within the EU, please submit a return request through our online returns process.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a DHL return shipping label by email. Please print the label, attach it securely to your parcel, and send your return using the DHL service specified on the label.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please ensure that your parcel is securely packaged and that the returned items meet our return conditions. Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we will process your refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
