If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange orrefund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description (more specific the bottoms and the bodysuit).
Aelia.you reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (GREECE)
Please contact Geniki Taxidromiki and arrange a pickup for your parcel, charged to our account. Kindly make sure to obtain the racking number. The relevant amount will be deducted from your refund due to shipping fees.
EU RETURNS
Please note that if you do not place your return request online, we won’t be able to process it.You can either use our recommended DHL service or a carrier of your preference.
Kindly keep in mind, when choosing your local post office or a courier of your choice, to make sure to obtain a proof of postage or a tracking number. We are not responsible if your parcel gets lost or damaged on its way here.
For DHL returns, the process is very simple, it only takes 1-2 business days for your parcel to be safely delivered to us. Therelevant amount will be deducted from your refund.
