Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

We will provide you a tracking number so that you will be able to track your package.

Once an order has left the Aelia.you headquarters, it is in the care of the shipping company . We are not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
